Charge in County Cork.
Upon application for this post the applicant must have a minimum of a
level 7 qualification in Social Care or another relevant equivalent.
The following relevant equivalent qualifications must be at a minimum
of a level 7:
* Nursing
* Psychology (Level 8)
* Teaching
* Social Science
* Youth & Community
* Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
* Social Work
* Counselling
The ideal candidate must also hold a minimum 3 years? experience
within a residential setting working with young people with
challenging behaviours and have excellent interpersonal skills.
DEPUTY PERSON IN CHARGE, CO CORK ? IMMEDIATE VACANCY
The role of the Deputy Person in Charge is to support the Person in
Charge to ensure the day-to-day management of the residential centre.
The role will encompass administrative duties as well as
responsibilities pertaining to the progression and practice of the
staff team and the implementation of Placement Plan objectives for
young people; ensuring that they are receiving the agreed quality and
quantity services.
